Pirate Hill can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 private bedrooms. Every bedroom has air conditioning, access to the terraces, and plenty of storage space so you can unpack. Contemporary furniture and natural light add a touch of luxury.

Each of the 4 spacious bathrooms features modern fixtures like rainfall showers and spacious vanities. For your convenience, we provide toiletries, towels, and essentials like hairdryers and irons.

So that you can enjoy the beautiful Caribbean climate, the common spaces are partly open to the outdoors, including the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Just steps away, you’ll find the private pool area where you can take a refreshing dip.

The kitchen has everything you could need for a gourmet meal for the whole group, including upscale stainless steel appliances (a full-size refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker) and a water purifier. The European cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, and glasses, and there’s a breakfast bar with a few barstools.

Meals are made even more delicious thanks to the tropical breezes in the dining area. The dining table seats 8, and the room is decorated with eclectic modern artwork.

The dining room and kitchen flow effortlessly into the living area, which includes comfortable sofa seating, a 40-inch smart TV, and magnificent views of the ocean and the trees. It’s the perfect spot for movie nights or lazy days with loved ones.

Step outside to the expansive pool deck, where you can go for a swim in the private infinity pool or soak up the sun on a lounge chair. The patio also contains a barbecue and an outdoor dining table with seats for 6. There’s simply no better setting for watching the sunset over Coson Bay with a cocktail in hand.

The entire home is equipped with WiFi, so you can always stay connected (or opt to go off the grid!). If you need to do laundry, there’s a washer and dryer on-site, or our concierge can arrange laundry or dry cleaning services. We provide daily housekeeping between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM, and our concierge can assist with tour bookings and transportation to make your Caribbean vacation absolutely perfect.
